To make your stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, we have compiled frequently asked questions around your holiday with us at the Apartmenthaus Schleiblick.

The arrival and departure is possible on any week day. Apartments at the Apartmenthaus Schleiblick are available for check-in from about 16:00 and must be regularly checked-out on the day of departure by 10.00 am.

  • Arrival times 16:00 to 23:30 Uhr
  • Departure times 06:00 to 10:00 Uhr

Key Safe
You may make usage of our key safe upon arrival. The key safe is available for 24 hours a day. Instructions are sent via email. The key safe is located in the check-in area. If you arrive after 22:00 or if you encounter noone at the spot, you will also find a free telephone at the check-in area to contact us 24/7.

All our guests have free parking for the duration the stay. The apartment number is also the parking space number! The parking space is located directly next to the Apartmenthaus Schleiblick.

We accept payment via:

  • EC card,
  • PayPal.

Exact information and payment method can be choosen and selected via our booking platform.

Smoking is banned in all our apartments. Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

All apartments are equipped for self-catering vacations and have the usual items necessary. The exact information are discribed in the apartment descriptions.

Should you be missing something or need any special items, please contact us! Any suggestions for improvement are welcome!

Washing machine and dryer are in the common laundry room which also serves as check-in area. An iron and ironing board are also available upon request.

Guests with bicycles are very much welcome. We have extra bicycle storage facilities and many nice cycle tours in the surrounding area.

Dogs are always welcome, as we have pets ourselves. However, we take a small fee of 5 € per night for every four-legged friend.

We hope your understanding and supply a blanket, as well as a bowl, for your animal.

If you wish to take other pets than a dog, please contact us before booking.

We are currently working on a unified concept to make our facilities accessible via wheelchair.

Our apartment number 8 has a wheelchair accessible ramp. However, the interiors (showers and doors) of our apartments are not built for wheelchairs.
